We visited Bell MTS Place for a show and explored the Children's Museum, so fun. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a letdown. The unseasoned tofu scramble was disappointing compared to what we expected.

The daily service was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed central heating, a personal safe, and pay TV in the room. The staff was exceptional and helped with the public parking. The location was great and excellent for walking around a baseball stadium.

Proximity to our activities
- Fee for parking - absolutely ridiculous - Very noisy outside of hotel during the night - Waiting about 3 minutes for front desk staff who were in the back

excellent service but needs room updates
The lounge provided a great atmosphere to unwind, with beautifully crafted interiors. I was impressed by the quality of the food served and the attentive nature of the staff. My room offered a fine city view. The velvet glove stood out as a real gem within the hotel.

The location is central and that is a big plus.
I arrived at 5;35am at the hotel. No one could bother to give me info on where computer room was located or the restaurants at the Hotel. Most hotels give that info on checking in. Room was not cleaned til 5pm. That is totally unacceptable. Also on checking out, I was billed for local phone charges, whereas I was not supposed to, as I am a premium member. They even got my address(country) totally wrong. I will not stay there again.

This hotel is in an extremely poor location and highly overrated. We expected more for what we paid staying there. What staff we dealt with seemed as if they really didn't enjoy their jobs and others were eager to do their jobs but failed to advise the customer aspects of different services.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the valet service was efficient and friendly. One valet even remembered our names. On a less positive note, security could be a concern, as another guest accidentally entered my room, highlighting a check-in system flaw. There was a disappointing experience with breakfast options, particularly the tofu scramble, which did not meet expectations.
